At High Tech Media Arts middle school in San Diego, sixth grade students learned about the work Quench and Connect is doing for schools in Uganda school and wanted to help. Inspired by their ‘global-thinking’ teacher, Mr. Kyle Wagner, these students sponsored a movie night at school, and collected money for admission and treats. It was a fun night for the students, and the money they collected was presented personally to Quench and Connect Executive Director, Dr. Kathryn Ely. Quench and Connect thanks these students for their energy and their donation.
