Rotary International funds boreholes at four Quench and Connect schools

In 2018, a Global Grant award was made by Rotary International to fund drilling of new boreholes at four Quench and Connect schools.  The grant was initiated by Dr. Charles Weber, a rotarian at the Rotary Club of Dubuque IA.  The host country rotary club was Rotary Club Central of Kampala, with Quench and Connect as strategic partner.
