Ethan Cook is a funding manager at Reliant Funding.
Ethan serves as a funding manager with Reliant Funding in La Jolla, California. Reliant provides working capital to small businesses across the United States. He brings skills from his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Master’s of Business Administration to his job, seeking to improve operations, promote employee growth and enhance customer experience. Before he got into finance, Ethan served for six years in the United States Marine Corps, leaving military service with the rank of Sergeant and Honorable Discharge. Now, as a mid-career professional, he exhibits boundless of energy and optimism, which he directs toward his career, his family life, and his clearly enunciated interest in helping developing countries. Humanitarian outreach has become a lifelong passion for Ethan. Of particular importance to Quench and Connect, he has been to Uganda numerous times, where he participated in volunteer humanitarian projects. From these trips, Ethan saw first-hand the challenges of everyday life in Uganda, and developed a compassionate interest in the culture. In addition to offering valuable talents to Quench and Connect for in-country assessment, he is expected to represent an important interface with the local San Diego financial community, as a member of the Board of Directors.
